do I request brochures for my group?
To request your fundraising start date and fundraising material, please
call or e-mail us with your contact information.
How
will sales material arrive?
Sales material will be bulk packed with a sample of an order packer
for the order takers. Each order taker's packet includes one collection
envelope and several brochures. Checking for accuracy of order totals
will expedite order forms and orders should be reviewed by parents and
volunteers.
How
long will it take for the customers to receive their order?
Delivery time is 3-4 weeks after we receive the orders and payment.
Organization representative will be notified of the shipping date. Please
allow one week for all orders to arrive to customers after shipping.
Can
a customer add other items that your website offers that are not on
the brochure?
Yes, however the proceeds from the other items on the website will not
be credited to the fundraiser.
What
if there is a problem with the customer's order?
We provide a customer letter with all orders that instruct the customer
to contact us directly so that we may solve any issue promptly. All
products have a money back guarantee.
Is
there a prize program offered?
No, instead we offer you a high profit of 40% on personalized products
that are not mass-produced.
What
if we do not place an order after receiving brochures?
Please return all unused sales material in the postage-paid box provided
back to us.
